FocalCraft360 was founded in Dubai in 2009 with a single conviction: that commercial interior fitout deserved to be treated as a precision discipline — not a commodity service.
Our founder, Khalid Al Mansoori, had spent a decade watching projects fail not from lack of ambition, but from lack of accountability. Too many handoffs. Too many subcontractors. Too little ownership of the outcome.
FocalCraft360 was built to be different. A single, integrated team. World-class technology partnerships. An obsession with craft that runs through every level of the organisation — from the boardroom to the build site.
Today, we have delivered over 200 projects across 12 countries, in four sectors, for some of the world's most demanding clients. The conviction hasn't changed. Neither has the standard.
